Lead and contact data you upload is used solely to operate the Service on your behalf: placing outbound calls, qualifying and reporting on leads, and generating the analytics and summaries available in your account. We do not sell this data.
3. Call Recording and Transcription
Outbound calls placed through the Service may be recorded and transcribed using AI. Recordings and transcripts are stored as part of your account data and used to generate reports, for quality assurance, and for troubleshooting.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with subprocessors strictly as needed to operate the Service (for example, telephony and AI voice providers used to place and process calls), under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you and the individuals in your uploaded contact data may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Requests can be sent to legal@theleadcaller.com.
